HOW I INVEST IN MY COMMUNITY
I believe in giving back to the heroes in my community. Our Veterans, Military, Health care workers, Fireman, Police and Teachers. As a token of my appreciation for your service, when you purchase or sell a home with me, I would like to offer $2500.00 towards closing costs. In addition, I also work with a lender that provides up to 1% towards the buyer’s closing cost. It’s important to me, that you know how much you are appreciated!
My community is very important to me. I have been instrumental in having the city place trash cans near the walking paths, and install lighting on dark streets for safety. I regularly pick up trash in and around my community to keep our city clean! As a Realtor, it’s important to me that the people in our community have pride in our city, and a safe environment for their families.
- Charities that are near and dear to my heart and that I contribute to are:
- Feed America: I have donated money as well as conducted food drives for this organization. I never want to see anyone go hungry.
- Asher House: This foundation cares for abused and abandoned animals.
- Corona, Norco: Animal shelter: I donate food, leashes, toys and bedding.
- I donate to the Veteran’s Society, Goodwill, Cancer Society/walk-run, Toys for Tots, Salvation Army.
- School supplies for our kids
- I place American flags in the yards of my neighborhood for all patriotic holidays and events.
